These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Equatika’s tutoring services, educational programs, digital learning materials, and website.
Equatika is owned and operated by Equatika Academic Tutoring Services, a DTI-registered sole proprietorship in the Philippines.
Tutoring Services
Tutoring sessions are provided subject to tutor availability and confirmation by Equatika.
A schedule is considered reserved only after the required payment has been received and the session has been confirmed.
Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions on time and to provide relevant materials in advance when these are needed for the session.
Tutors provide instruction, explanation, guidance, and academic support. Equatika does not complete graded assignments, examinations, or restricted assessments on behalf of students.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Requests to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session should be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations or rescheduling requests may result in a partial or full session charge. No-shows may be charged in full.
Specific package conditions, including validity periods and other applicable terms, may vary according to the service or arrangement purchased.
Tutoring Packages
Prepaid tutoring packages are subject to the rates, validity periods, and conditions stated at the time of purchase.
Unused tutoring hours may be subject to expiration and to adjustments when applied to a different grade level, tutoring mode, or service category.
Packages may not be transferred to another student unless Equatika expressly agrees otherwise.
Digital Products and Learning Materials
Equatika may offer downloadable educational materials and other digital learning products.
Digital products are for the purchaser’s personal or household educational use unless otherwise stated. They may not be reproduced, redistributed, resold, uploaded publicly, or commercially exploited without written permission from Equatika.
The purchase of a digital product does not include tutoring, individualized academic support, or continuing access to an Equatika tutor unless expressly stated.
Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. By completing a transaction, the customer agrees to the payment provider’s applicable terms and policies in addition to Equatika’s terms.
Prices are stated in Philippine pesos unless otherwise indicated.
Educational Outcomes
Equatika aims to provide high-quality academic support, but no particular grade, examination score, school admission result, or other academic outcome is guaranteed.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the text, educational materials, graphics, learning resources, and original content produced by Equatika remain the intellectual property of Equatika Academic Tutoring Services.
Changes to These Terms
Equatika may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on this website will apply from its stated effective date.
