What Shapes Our Approach — A Note from the Tutor-in-Chief
Equatika was founded on a simple conviction: that the right guidance can transform how a student thinks, not just what they know.
With a background in Mathematics (BS), Applied Mathematics (MS), and Industrial Engineering and Operations Research (PhD), I created this service to offer students more than tutoring — to offer them a way to engage with Math and Science that builds real understanding and confidence.
Though I do not tutor directly, I remain closely involved in shaping how our team teaches.
Every tutor is selected not just for subject mastery, but for the clarity, patience, and structure they bring to each session.
I believe that good teaching is grounded in logic, guided by insight, and ultimately focused on helping students grow — in skill, independence, and self-belief.
Equatika’s approach reflects this belief.
Our sessions are designed to be thoughtful, rigorous, and supportive — because that’s what students deserve, and that’s what leads to lasting progress.
“Good teaching is grounded in logic, guided by insight, and focused on lasting growth.”
