At Equatika, we prioritize clarity, depth of understanding, and thoughtful pacing over rushed coverage.

Sessions are intentionally structured to strengthen foundational thinking while supporting current coursework.

Our rates reflect guided instruction, screened tutors, and coordinated academic support designed for steady, long-term progress.

Regular Curriculum Support (Online)

Sessions are typically 1- to 2-hour blocks (most commonly 1 to 1.5 hours) depending on level and academic needs. Longer sessions may be recommended for higher-level or conceptually dense subjects.

Rates listed apply to students based in the Philippines. For overseas students, pricing may vary depending on time zone coordination and academic context.

In-Person Tutoring

Openspace Katipunan, Loyola Heights, QC

In-person sessions are conducted at Openspace Katipunan in Loyola Heights, Quezon City.

Rates begin at ₱575 per hour.

In-person rates may vary depending on tutor availability and scheduling structure.

Sessions are generally scheduled for 1.5 hours or longer to allow for sufficient time for focused, meaningful progress.

Specialized Tutoring

Equatika also offers focused preparation beyond regular curriculum support.

These include:

  • Admission Test Preparation (e.g., science high school entrance exams, CETs)

  • Competition & Olympiad Preparation

  • Advanced or Specialized College Subjects

Specialized tutoring involves structured preparation, curated materials, and targeted problem-solving approaches. As scope and intensity vary, rates differ from regular curriculum support.

Scheduling and Booking

Sessions are scheduled in advance to allow for thoughtful preparation and coordination.

We recommend booking at least 24 - 48 hours in advance, and earlier when possible, to allow time for topic review, material preparation, and alignment on learning goals. Additional lead time may be required for specialized or higher-level subjects.

Time slots are confirmed once scheduled and secured.

Payment is required prior to sessions.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly request at least 6 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 6 hours of the scheduled session time may incur a partial session charge. No-shows may be charged in full.

This policy allows us to manage tutor time responsibly and sustainably.

Academic Integrity

Equatika supports learning, understanding, and independent mastery.

Tutors explain concepts, guide reasoning, and model problem-solving approaches. Students remain responsible for their own submitted work and academic assessments.

We do not complete graded assignments, examinations, or restricted assessments on a student’s behalf.

Our focus is on strengthening understanding and long-term academic competence.
